Return Policy
Returns request shall be made within 24 hours upon the arrival of the parcel. We, HanQun Heaven will not bear the cost of return.
Reasons accepted for return as below:
- Wrong colour, size or design delivered to you.
- Item received in faulty or damaged condition
For wrongly delivered, the item must be unused, unopened and clean. HanQun Heaven will not entertain any item that has been used or opened.
Due to hygiene concerns, we DO NOT accept any undergarment products that have any spot or marks on the product.
How to Return
Return request MUST BE MADE by contacting us via return request within 24 hours upon arrival. Any return request that has been made without Return Form will be void
For return, HanQun Heaven implementing one to one product replacement policy unless the item is unavailable. For unavailable goods replacement, we will refund the amount of the product within seven (7) working days.
Buyer must receive Return request Approved email from BCH only can proceed with goods return. The goods return must be made within three (3) days after email received else the return request will be void.
